Ep 53- Being Water: Applying Bruce Lee's Ideas to Modern Coaching Methods w/ Shawn Myszka and Tyler Yearby

For today's show, I'm joined by Shawn Myszka and Tyler Yearby!

Shawn and Tyler have been on the podcast a few times, so I won't bother spending too much time on their bio.

Shawn and Tyler are the Co-director's of education at Emergence  and have also come  together to co-author a series of published articles, the first of which we discussed in episode 24.

This time around, we discuss their new paper, which is centered around the teaching and philosophies of Bruce Lee.

Their paper  is titled Being Water: How Key Ideas from the practice of Bruce Lee align with contemporary theorizing in movement skill acquisition.  It investigates how  we can apply Bruce's teachings, into modern day coaching.

Whether you are a fan of Bruce Lee or not, there are SOOO many takeaways in this episode...enjoy!
