Stu  is the sprints coach and CEO at Altis, which is one of the leading companies in  in the world in coach educations

Stu has over 25 years of experience in professional coaching and has personally coached over 70 olympians at 7 Olympic Games, with over 30 of those athletes winning olympic medals.

His company, Altis has a launched brand new product called Motion IQ which is a cutting edge video based tool to hope coaches better understand the kinematics of movement and apply that data to better inform their coaching

The impetus for this episode was based of my knowledge of Stu and Shawn’s friendship or “Bromance” as you might call it.  Shawn and Stu and close friends and I have heard of their legendary, but unrecorded talks for years and I just had to be a part of it.

We go into deep dives into many topics including:

  • Coaching through a lens of complex systems

  • Ways to avoid burnout

  • Questions to make you a better coach

And much more!

Before I Iet you get to the episode,  I want to tell you about some exciting news with us at Emergence.
